Eligibility criterion for the MTConnect Challenge

Section 6 of the Rules of the MTConnect Challenge says that only U.S.Citizens or Permanent Residents can participate in the challenge. It also states that entries are accepted from manufacturing entities.

Is it possible for a non-U.S. citizen to submit/participate in an entry which is made in the name of the manufacturing entity that they work for.

    Section 6 Eligibility: "Only submissions from U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent U.S. residents will be considered for award." This statement does not preclude an individual from submitting an application for a legal U.S. incorporated organization.
